During our stay in Dubai, we turned to Yazmine Tours for 3 excursions (Dubai tour, Abu Dhabi and Safari) we couldn't have made a better choice. Yasmine organized everything perfectly, with precise hotel pick-up times, excursions organized down to the smallest detail, prepared with explanations and ready to give any type of advice. For the Safari we were entrusted to Muhammad, a very nice and kind boy, he knows the Italian language and he too was ready to give us a beautiful adventure in the desert.If you are planning a trip to Dubai, contact them, they are the Top.

Unprofessional tour operation, very negative experience due to failure to respect what was sold, group max 14/20 people (essential condition for me) and then found in a group of 31 people of which 27 were very particular (well known by them and also by another tour operation) and not respectful of the rules in addition to the guide being different from the one indicated when I booked (yasmine) and absolutely not prepared on the tour purchased (abudabi).... he didn't even know the route of the tour (he only spoke to us about Dubai emirate different from Abudabi), gave us no information about the White Mosque and made us visit it in less than 30 minutes. Unfortunately, it started badly early in the morning and ended badly (all the stages were done extremely late and in a hurry). After the 1st stage a couple left the group..... (you see) Upon my complaints, Mrs. Yasmine sent me back to the guide and the guide to Yasmine.... in the end they told me that it was me who was "stressing" them!!! I confirm what another customer said that on Facebook they only keep positive reviews made by "friendly" people while those who write real reviews block them as they did with me too. If you really want to make use of their service, I recommend you NEVER PAY FOR EXCURSIONS IN ADVANCE. IF YOU REQUEST A REFUND THEY WILL SEND YOU THE LAUGHING FACE AND BLOCK YOU.*******UPDATE AFTER RESPONSE FROM YASMINE TOUR DUBAI:Good morning, your answer absolutely does not go into the merits ... I clearly wrote that YOU DID NOT OBSERVE WHAT YOU PROMISED WHEN BOOKING THE ABUDABI TOUR, of which if you want I can publish screenshots of Mrs. Yasmine):- GROUP OF MAX 14/20 PEOPLE (I FOUND MYSELF IN A GROUP OF 27 UNMANAGEABLE AND VERY PARTICULAR CHARACTERS AS WELL AS VERY ADVANCED AGE + 2 BOYS WHO ABANDONED AFTER THE FIRST STAGE);- ABSOLUTELY UNPREPARED EGYPTIAN GUIDE... SHE DIDN'T EVEN KNOW THE ITINERARY OF THE TOUR LETTER EXPLAIN THE STAGES TO US (IT MUST BE MRS. YASMINE)... THE MOST IMPORTANT STAGE "THE WHITE MOSQUE" WAS VISIT IN LESS 30 MINUTES (FROM 11.30 TO 12) WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION. TO CONFIRM WHAT I SAY ABOUT THE GROUP OF 27 PEOPLE WHO CONTACTED ANOTHER TOUR OPERATION, IT WAS CONFIRMED TO ME THAT YOU TOOK THIS GROUP FOR AN EXCURSION TO THEM AND THAT THEY HAD BIG PROBLEMS TO THE POINT THAT THEY HAD TO ORGANIZE A PRIVATE EXCURSION ON THE FLY JUST FOR THEM BIG PROBLEMS FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS;- ALL OTHER STAGES VISITED HASTLY AND WITH LITTLE EXPLANATIONS;- I MADE TIMELY REPORTS TO MRS. YASMINE AND TO THE GUIDE WITHOUT ANY RESULTS OTHER THAN FEELING ME REBOUND FROM ONE TO THE OTHER AND FEELING HARSH THAT IT WAS ME WHO WAS "STRESSING" VERY PROFESSIONAL- REFUND REQUESTED FOR QS. TOUR- BAN THE XSONS FROM SOCIAL MEDIA WHICH I WAS SAYING TO BE CAREFUL OF WHAT I AGREED WITH YOU AND NOT TO PAY FOR THE EXCURSIONS IN ADVANCE!!!- THEN MUCH MORE... I HAVE ALL THE COMMUNICATIONS ON WZ SINCE 9.20 IN THE MORNING WHICH I CAN QUIETLY PUBLISH;THESE ARE SOME OF THE REASONS THAT BROUGHT ME AND BRING ME AGAIN TO QS OFFICE TO ASK YOU FOR A REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID (130 EUROS FOR 2 PEOPLE).I REITATE A ADVICE TO ALL THE PEOPLE WHO WANT TO TAKE A TOUR WITH YOU.... DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE!!!

Wonderful experience! The booking was made in a simple and precise way as was the pick up from the hotel on time with the driver who notified us in time giving us all the details. The clean and comfortable jeep and our driver Muhammad are a guarantee. He made us have a lot of fun on the dunes with a stop for photos with breathtaking views and sand boards. The camp where we had dinner was spotless and the food was good. We didn't do the camel ride by choice but it was still possible to do it for free (apart from then buying the photos). Henna was included as well as shisha. Absolutely recommended! Thanks again
